Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included, then securely seal the box.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, or bring your items and receipt to your local Crate & Barrel store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
